Warranty Terms and Conditions

1. Warranty Period

Important Note about Replacements
  • The customer must first ship the defective item to RUDS for inspection.
  • If confirmed as a factory defect, a free replacement will be provided.
  • If caused by negligence or excluded factors, the warranty claim will be void.

2. Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies only to factory defects.

  • Not covered: user negligence, misuse, or improper handling.
  • Not covered: unauthorized modifications or alterations.
  • Not covered: environmental damage (e.g., extreme weather, flooding, fire, corrosion).
  • Not covered: electrical issues caused by household wiring, unstable voltage, or power shortages.

3. Authorized Modifications

  • Adjusting the Timer
  • Replacing Buttons
  • Adjusting Pressure Washer settings (up to 30 PSI maximum)

Any other modification voids warranty

4. Warranty Repairs

  • All warranty repair requests must be scheduled in advance.
  • Standard repair processing time: 1 to 4 weeks.
  • For urgent cases, customers may perform DIY troubleshooting/repairs guided by RUDS tech support team.
  • Support hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

5. Use of Outside Parts & Warranty Violations

  • Using outside/generic parts (not supplied by RUDS) during the warranty period voids the warranty.
  • Consultation for units with outside parts will still be available but is no longer free.
  • To maintain coverage and lifetime FREE consultation, always use RUDS Official Parts.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I file a warranty claim?
Ship the defective item to RUDS with proof of purchase and your contact details. We will inspect and update you within the processing window.
Can I get support after the warranty?
Yes. Consultation remains FREE as long as you purchase RUDS Official Parts. Using outside parts incurs a service fee.
Can I expedite repairs?
We follow queue-based scheduling. For urgent cases, we may guide approved DIY steps while parts are in transit.
